Well, we have a whole About page about Tim on the website, but just in case you didn’t know, he’s the Gaffer (ie. head glass-blower).

Celeste’s role is best summed up as equal to that of a stage manager - planning, motivating, writing & editing. She helps Tim think, and gives him the odd prod now and again.

Mark is a professional artist in his own right and has been blowing glass for many years and is a whiz in the hot shop. You can view his work by clicking his name below -

Bella is an occasional workshop assistant and helps me out with sales, especially at the markets. She is also a social media adviser and helps me with R & D.

Tania helps out with the Tim Shaw marketing side of things, marketing, website and social media

When something isn’t working properly in the hot shop I call Keith. Basically if he can’t fix it or know how to fix it then it cant be fixed. A true wizard.

When I need to chat through a problem or idea Richard is my first my first port of call - talking about the weather, opacifying agents or the merits of left hand drive grunge pumps for 1954 flying albatrosses. He is also a professional glass artist, check out www.morrellglass.com

Peter has not only completely wired all the equipment in my studio but he also helps me with the wiring on some of my chandeliers. He is also a keen art and glass collector.
